We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment.
Please understand that appointment times are valued and limited. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request that you give 24-hour notice.
An Appointment that is missed (no show after 10 minutes) or cancelled/rescheduled without 24-hour notice will be subject to a required card on file and 50% deposit for future appointments. The deposit will be put toward the rescheduled service however, if the rescheduled visit is missed you forfeit the deposit and will not be invited back to Crystal Lake Crystals & Massage.
If you are Late (10 minutes or less) for your appointment (please call to inform your therapist of the delay) and the service can still be provided however it will complete by the original scheduled time resulting in a shortened service. This is essential for maintaining the flow of appointments and respect for the time of the massage therapist and other guests.
