Swedish Therapeutic Massage
Services performed using long gliding strokes to warm the muscle, adding in various other techniques to ensure relaxation. This service traditionally focuses on stress reduction, improved circulation, and muscle tension relief for the whole body. Pressure may range from very light to firm based on client preference.
Reiki
Services performed using hand placement on or just above the body's energy centers or "chakras" to channel life force energy. Reiki benefits may include reduction of stress and anxiety, improved sleep, improved emotional and spiritual well-being, and pain reduction.
